Special Marinade

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
4 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 TBSP dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 c. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients; stir to blend. Make this sauce the day before using if possible and refrigerate. Excellent for wild game and over the grill. Let meat marinate for at least 6 hours. Longer is better, overnight seems to be about right. Makes 3 cups.
